The spreader arrived with the plastic spreader wheel broken in half. There is a sheet enlcosed that tells you to contact Snowex and not the retailer. When I called I was told they DO NOT honor that when purchased on Amazon. When I asked about my concerns if there are future problems and the 2 year warranty they could not give me an answer.
