Stress Cracks on Longboard. On my longboard, there are about 5 or 6 stress cracks on the bottom that run the width of the board perpandicular to the stringer. I don't really care about the aesthetic appearance of the board and don't want to undergo a difficult repair job to make them go away unless the strength of the board is in jeopardy.

One method I use is to run blue painter's tape down each side of the crack to protect as much as the visible grain as possible. I then run a line of glue (of choice) along the crack and use a pliable spatula to force the glue in the crack.

I have to agree. if it's got hairline cracks, I don't think it's glass. Polycarbonate can fog and crack with certain juices. That's pretty crappy if they are advertised as glass but are actually plastic. Honestly, not much you can do. You can try those products you linked to and that's about it.
