Those are good mills. I have ran a 20" cast-iron housing meadows mill for years with a waterwheel in a mill that is part of a city park. Be advised that Meadows Mills is still in business and that you can get some restoration parts for your mill, such as the hopper, shaker shoe, etc. But be advised that they will be a bit pricey.
