Immunoprecipitation Protocol (Magnetic Beads)

Pellet beads using magnetic separation rack. Wash pellet five times with 500 μl of 1X cell lysis buffer. Keep on ice between washes. Resuspend the pellet with 20-40 μl 3X SDS sample buffer, briefly vortex to mix, and briefly microcentrifuge to pellet the sample. Heat the sample to 95-100°C for 5 min. Pellet beads using magnetic separation rack.

Magnetic Bead Chain-Based Continuous-Flow DNA Extraction ...

Various attempts have been made on continuous-flow magnetic separation to achieve effective and automatic extraction of DNA from large volume [27,28,29].
